Introduction
War, homicide, suicide, divorce, violence, bullying, these are all words that we hear daily. It is safe to say that we live in a world of anger, both externally and internally.
We could go through the ever changing statistics of suicide, spousal abuse, child abuse, aggravated assault, ad infinitum, but these numbers are not important. We all know that these are very serious issues in the world that we live in, and serious issues in our personal life. We all know that if we pick up the paper or turn on the news channel we will get many stories of angry people turning their aggression on the world in a multitude of ways.
If we do not get a hold on this problem it will consume us. Anger is like a virus that hurts if not destroys everything that it touches.
I offer in this book a simple guide to regain control of your life and see anger for what it really is. Your life will be forever altered in just the first two steps. In fact if you take even one of these steps to heart and put them into action, then your life and perspective will be more aware and less angry.
I do not propose any spiritual teachings, I do not think that you have to find God to find happiness, I simply offer a very rational easy to follow guideline to a much happier life free from the anger and judgments that plague the human race.
